A. The prefered method of contact is e-mail (ang3lwithin@gmail.com). I do not, at this time, provide phone support.
Q. What formats will I receive my order in?
A. Logos and Vector art will be delivered in .EPS and .PDF format. I will also include a standard .JPG, .GIF, or .PNG at your request.
A. .EPS files are vector files that must be rasterized before you can import them into Adobe Photoshop and other such programs that can support this format. They can be resized into whatever size you need, but must be rasterized before you can use them in programs such as Adobe Photoshop.
If you have a vector program such as Adobe Illustrator, you can easily resize the image to any size without distortion. Also, the EPS file is the preferred file format to bring to a print shop because of the ability to resize the image without any distortion. The lines will still be crisp and sharp.
Q. Why are your prices so low?
A. My prices are low because I don't believe in over-charging for something most people should be able to afford. I believe in setting my prices low and having a high quality standard for each of my photo retouches, manipulations, vector art, logo and web designs.
Q. What is your turn-around time?
A. I start on commissions as soon as I can and try to complete them as soon as possible while keeping a high-quality standard. Commissions range from a day to a few weeks depending on the complexity of the project. If needed, I can also priority rush your order for an extra fee.
Q. What are your accepted methods of payment?
A. I accept payment through PayPal.com only. PayPal is free and easy to sign up with. I find that this is the quickest and most secure form of payment for both the customer and I. I will send an invoice through e-mail and payment is expected as soon as possible. As soon as payment has cleared, I will send the final unwatermarked version of your order.
Q. How do I view commission updates?
A. Once I have started on your order I will send you an e-mail with a link to a dedicated page for your order. This page will include the most recent samples of your order and a comment form so you can quickly reply back with what you're liking/not liking.
Q. Can I order printed products?
A. If you need photos or other items printed please contact me with your inquiry.
Q. What type of image file should I send you?
A. If you are wanting to order Photo Retouching, Manipulation, or Vector Services please fill out the appropriate quote form. The ideal image guidelines I would suggest are:
- An image with a DPI (Dots Per Inch) of 300 if you scan it.
- If taken with a digital camera, please provide the original, full version photo. I'd suggest it be taken with at least a 5 megapixel camera if you wish to print out the photo one day.
- It should be a jpeg, jpg, gif, or png file
Q. What is your refund policy?
A. Any money sent is non-refundable. Please let me know of anything you need fixed before paying so that everything goes smoothly. I do not accept payment until the commission is completed and therefore any problems should be brought up before paying. The exception to this is my website design service where you must pay half upfront, and the other half when the job is completed.
